The periodical cleaning of the galley’s hood and exhaust ducting
is important to everyone onboard the yacht. This cleaning service
is imperative in preventing grease fires.
Our technicians clean according to NFPA 96 standards. We will
remove access panels to gain entry into the extraction duct
interior. Other removable components like the fan motor, wheels
and housing will be transferred off the yacht for in-depth
degreasing and cleaning.
Once the cleaning is completed we will seal all components
coupling and seams with metal duct tape and fire rated caulking,
if required.
